This app is not worth it!
This system is so faulty! I can’t even log into my account in the app, only online. There is no help.

Waste of time! If an App is going to be created/offered, the developer should invest in making this a useable App.

Unable to use app
I am a registered user of ITicket but I cannot use this app, basically, I cannot login.
I’m guessing that this app is no longer supported since it hasn’t been updated for 4 years.

This app obviously does not work properly as I bought tickets to the Gaithersburg but they are not showing up on here!
Not worth the hassle
Nothing works unfortunately, needs to be updated or something. Just a waste of space on phone.

App completely shuts down when trying to search for events.
Almost worthless
Every time I have tried to search for an event the app shuts down. Cannot save favorites. I can see my orders, so far.

Horrible app; tying to login but I don’t have an account, so what does every other app allow you to do—create an account right? Nope not this one. I deleted the app and tried it again figuring I certainly did something wrong or the app needed to reset. Come on really? Other reviewers seem to have the same issue.

Can’t log in
Ordered tickets. I wanted to put them on my phone, cannot do it.
I created an account. It won’t let me login.
I even went on my PC to create an account. Still won’t let me in, even after account confirmation email.
Very frustrating. Terrible app.
What if I didn’t have access to a printer?
Short story: better be sure you have a printer before you buy the tickets, because it won’t store to your phone!

App issue
Created an account. Unable to log into app. Using correct email and password. Would like to use phone as the tickets and not have to print them
Cannot log in on the App
When I try to login with same email and PW as the website it keeps saying check the email and password. When I emailed for help, they said the app has issues and just use the online website to print tickets etc. I wanted to be able to use the phone as ticket. Not sure why they created an app that doesn’t work. I can see from the complaints this isn’t a new issue

Can’t Access My Account
My account works fine in a browser, but can’t login at all in the app. Deleted and reinstalled, changed password…nothing works.

Closes to home screen constantly
I managed to get my tickets and took screenshots of them because of the way the app kept crashing to Home screen. Also no import to Wallet. If basic functionality isn’t reliable, it should not even be in the App Store.

I downloaded this app so I could put tickets in my phone wallet. Doesn’t support that… waste of time.

Massive overreach. This has no business requesting access to local networks to scan for devices.
