Not a good study resource
This app has many problems:
- The questions cover many topics that aren’t relevant to their ITILv4 foundations exam
- It doesn’t offer an explanation as to why the answer is correct/incorrect
- it offers multiple-choice answers on single choice questions
I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this is a bad resource for anyone going for ITILv4 foundations. There are much better resources out there

100 percent recommend. I used other online tests that had crazy formats and questions and lost all faith. I went back to this and went through all questions..marking areas to restudy. I liked the ability to favorite the wrong questions and focus on those. The day before I went through all 342 again. Focusing on the few problem areas that were left. I found the day of the exam was a breeze. I had 30 of the 40 questions I instantly felt confident in my answers.

I just took the test- 98%!
Almost all prep was doing these questions. I think every question on my test was in the prep questions. Score at least 80 consistently here and you’re sure to pass. Work a little harder and you’ll get a really high score!

Skeptic
As i said i was skeptic, truly but probably most solid practice test you can buy and do to practice, although it helped studying also took a part into and i passed my exam. Definitely recommend.
Good app but needs minor fix
Good practice exam app but some questions are duplicates and sometimes same questions appears twice on the practice test.
Better study guides out there
This app was affordable and easy to use, but provides no context to missed questions and is basically a database of potential questions on the exam.
Errors in answers
For example they ask which practice helps to ensure that the services are aligned with their need needs.. it should be SLM but the app has Service Request Mgmt as answer. If the questions and answers are wrong then the whole app’s purpose is wrong.

Just go through these practice questions, most are very similar to what you’ll get on the exam. Forget using anything else. This was also an excellent app being very user friendly.
39/40 on my ITIL v4 Foundation Exam
Did a three day course which was great, but unlocking the power of this app really helped me (almost) get top marks.
Repeated questions
When practicing for an exam, it is unacceptable to encounter repeated questions within a set of 40. Ensuring there are no repeated questions in an exam should not be difficult.
Not fancy, but incredibly helpful
I used this app along with my study guide and was able to get 95% on the exam. It’s well worth the cost.
Absurdly good
Forget the book. Forget the quizlets. Forget the udemy practice exams. Just grind through as many of these questions as possible and you will pass.

Repeats questions during mock exams.
Good app however there are better ones out there. One complaint is that during a 40 question mock it will often repeat questions 2/3 times.
Why was my answer wrong? Don’t know.
Good app but didn’t see explanations of missed answers on the free trial, so I bought a different app instead.
