Great for cementing the terminology in your head
I found this invaluable leading up to my exam, ended up getting 100%! Shame there’s nothing similar for the strategist exam ☹️
Not useful
Unfortunately the questions are nowhere close to the ones I had on my exam. There is a bug also, when you chose an answer for the general exam rehearsal it doesn’t give you a correct answer only shows the bad one. It works ok for the rehearsal by a topic.
Good content but not a great app
Sample exam does not give you the answers and it should at the end of the test. Also bonus points if they would be able to explain why other choices are incorrect
Lacking
No feedback on answers. Can’t go back at the end to view or see an explanation. To say it’s the best app is a reach. There are other apps that are designed way better for the purpose

The syllabus topic questions tell you the correct answer. The sample exam questions don't tell you the correct answer because it's replicating the certification exam. Our recommendation is to use the syllabus topic questions to help you prepare and the sample exam to check if you're ready. None of them are a substitute for the official sample exams.
I’m very disappointed.
The app might have some good content, but it doesn’t tell you why you got something wrong and there is no way to go back and review the question. It was wrong..sorry next question.

Great app - could use some changes
This app has been fantastic for preparing for the ITIL 4 exam. Coworkers have used this app and have highly recommended it, so I purchased it.
I have been able to get a lot more confident in my abilities to answer the exam questions, and would recommend this app to everyone.
Pros:
- lots of different definition sections to study from
- lots of questions available in each definition group
- definitions show the correct answer when answered incorrectly
Cons:
- practice exam does not show the correct answer when you answer incorrectly
Recommendation for all improvement:
- add a feature to practice exam to show all correct answers + user answer. Show all incorrect answers at the end so that the user can study what and why they got the wrong answer.

Good content
This app isn’t much to look at, it’d be nice if the fonts were bigger for one thing. but the content was really good and the app is fast and works flawlessly. I used this for about a week along with reading the ITIL material and I passed on the first try with an 85%. Thanks!
ONLY Reason I Aced the Exam!!
Best tool ever to pass the ITIL v4 Service Management Foundation certification exam!! This can pretty much replace the book as long as you are getting 90% and above on all topics in the app you will pass the exam. One down side is the app actually uses the wording from the course book but the actual exam tries to throw you off by wording the questions horribly.

Good study prep.
I used this to study and I can confidently say it helped me achieve a pass in very little time. Well worth it.
It only tells you if you’re wrong.
It’s doesn’t tell you the correct answer it only marks it as incorrect. It doesn’t say why the answers are correct or incorrect so I don’t know why I paid for this app.

When you use the syllabus topic questions the app does tell you the correct answer. It doesn't tell you why but why is always because that's what it says in the official guidance textbook. Only when taking a sample exam does the app not tell you the correct answer because it's replicating the exam. Use the syllabus topic questions to help you learn: particularly the principles and the practices. Use the sample exam in the app to check your progress. Make sure you take and pass comfortably the two official sample exams before you take the certification exam. The app is not a substitute for these.

Would be nice if you could check the wrong answers for explanation in a “sample exam”. It doesn’t show that .

Probably enough to pass with no other resources if you drill the questions over and over until you are scoring 90+ every time.
Best ITIL app out there
It would be great if it would remember the questions you answered incorrectly and allowed you to focus on them, maybe a “incorrectly answered quiz” or something along that line.

PASSED ITIL FIRST TRY IN 10 hours
Studied for ITIL for roughly 10 hours, this app is LEGIT works great. Combine this with Jason Dion Udemy and bamm you’re good!
Helped me pass the exam !
I took exam three times and was nonstop in 60% bracket even though I have used different study guides. Then I discovered this app and it helped me finally pass it with 85% . Questions are very similar and it’s an amazing practice tool.

Good for learning the concepts and definitions
This app was great for learning the general concept and most of the definitions. It’s really important to note though that this is not the official app (there is no official app actually they used to have one but got rid of it) and this does not post questions in a way that the test will.
On the real test you will see scenarios that you have to apply the concepts in and that’s not any type of question this app asks I did have to supplement this app with a separate practice test which helped me pass. This app would be better if it had scenario based questions as well as fill in the blank type questions just like the real test does

Just a practice test app - no training
The app is fine if you’re just looking for practice exam questions. There is no other “prep” available on the app. No flash cards, or teaching materials are within the app.
You get feedback if an answer is right or wrong, but it doesn’t tell you the correct answer, so it’s difficult to use as a study guide unless you already know the majority of the information.
Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this app.

Could be Better
Pros:
Good selection of questions with instant response on correct answer if wrong.
Syllabus topics tests help target areas of revision.
Cons:
When selecting the wrong answer there is no explanation into the correct answer.
The summary page is stats only, there is no summary to show which answers where correct/wrong so you can go back and review them.
