I’ve had this watch for I whine a couple of weeks. It’s works fine but every time I connect to the phone, in a few minutes it gets unconnected also the watch’s time is connected to the phone so whenever it’s not connected, the watch go out of time. The reviews have been saying it’s bad but I already bought it and there’s no returning for me anymore but it’s fine expect for the accurate time and connecting issue. ITime, I am trying to ask nicely, the watch is great but just a suggestion to make you watch and app even better is to make the watch connect to the phone for longer periods of time because as in right now, it disconnects every five minutes which could be frustrating because sometimes I don’t have my phone with me and my watch is disconnected and says the wrong time. I hope you can fix this, if you do, FIVE STARS. Please ITime fix this issue it would be AMAZING if you did!

This app sucks along with the watch it is not worth your money return the watch now! Don’t make the same mistake we made the app will not let you sign in to your account it won’t let you do anything actually and it’s all in Chinese so ya that sucks my watch won’t even turn on now it’s all a scam

Been using for a few months now can no longer log in like many others. Seems very suspicious

WhenI first bought this watch l logged in. The second time I checked in my app I was already logged out. Well now I ended up trying to log in the app. I think this app is fraud

App Needs To Be Fixed
I got logged out of the app, now it won’t let me log back in or even create a new account. The watch itself is working alright but I want the features of the app as well. I would also not like to lose the data that I’ve accumulated to date as well. Everything is in Chinese which is annoying. The watch has a lot of potential but the app makes it useless at the moment.

App NEEDS to be fixed BAD
So when I first got my watch it connected fine and then the second it needed to be charged, the app disconnected from the watch and it took me days to reconnect. I ended up having to delete the app and redownloading it just for it to work and now it won’t even let me sign into my account. I’ve tried the username and password that it gave me when it I first downloaded the app and I tried the one I made. I’ve also tried to make a new account and it won’t let me. Everything is in Chinese which is annoying. The watch has a lot of potential but the app makes it useless

Your app for English shows Chinese text and you’re unable to verify your account at all cause it has a lot of bugs in it. The watch has such potential but your app is in need of a lot of work. Which then makes your watch inferior to any other ones
When you choose forgot password your app prompts you for a password and a verification code that never works. This app is a joke

Horrible
I got the elite 2 downloaded the app and it wont allow me to create a account it connects to bluetooth but date and time are incorrect this is a horrible app and even worse device do not bother trying to use this device or app as they both dont work as they say they will
