App Stopped Working

I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 14.2, and the iTimeClock app no longer opens. Any idea what I need to do? I have been using this app for years, and it has always worked great, until now.

AWESOME APP !!

02.12.20.. finally caved and deleted / re-installed app resulting in a loss of data :( .. still luv the app acct excellent time keeper.. upset that for whatever reason after 14.2 ios update app wouldn't respond, kept crashing upon open
27.11.20.. after upgrading to 14.2 not working.. anyone else experiencing ?.. have data i need to retrieve. dont want to reinstall and lose.. dev ?
