We’ve been using this app for 4 years now. Very happy. There have been some GPS glitches that have been worked out. Support has been really great to work with and quick response time. I was never left waiting.
I can review and edit the hours and details from my online dashboard for every pay period to ensure it’s all correct.
This has been the most realistic punching time-keeping experience. It is good value pricing for long term. This definitely played into my decision to choose this app. Who has extra time to be shopping around to find a better coat level and change to a different application, upsetting your employees and payroll systems!
All the others that I have researched were ridiculously! expensive for long term use, including Quickbooks when you’re already a subscribed member.

Awesome customer service
My company has been using this app to manage our pay role for over a year. We noticed that we were being over charged by having two subscriptions. I notified the company and was offered a compliant reimbursement for the over charge. Very honest company that follows all policies. The app is also great, very user friendly with information available on how to utilize it more effectively.

Not user friendly
If you think you’re going to just download this app and you get employee or two’s on it clocking their hours you’re wrong. The video support of all the features are not there. We had to get tech-support involved which took days for a response just to get and find the correct mountain standard time
iOS 12
Loved this app until iOS 12 came out. This app no longer works. The solution, when I emailed them, was to erase my phone and start over. Worst answer ever. Please fix your app.

Way to many updates!! An no choice for when ! I need to clock in now!!!!!! I will update on my lunch break or at home this eve!!! U r messing with my time an pay-... an now this time it WONT update. 2or 3 steps an screen freezes!!!!

What a joke!
This app will do nothing without requiring a subscription to their service. Everything points back to the website where you must enter your credit card information and buy a subscription.

Hello, Allow me to clarify. We do not accept any credit cards on our website. Apple allows payment to be collected thru Apple subscriptions. Yes after the 30 day free trial there is a cost to using the app, this is clearly specified in the app description in the app store, on our website, and even in the app itself.

This app is incredible it helps our business tremendously with job costing and accurate time punching. I was impressed right off the bat with this company because I emailed a question into them and I received an email almost immediately back from The President!! And the second time I emailed a question he called me to better understand what it is I was asking. That's GREAT customer service!! I will be a loyal customer for as longtime!!!
