Help!

Have had this app for years but the recent update has a window pop up that shows “What’s new in iTip.” The problem is, the window is too large for the iPhone screen and the button to click for continue cannot be scrolled to click. I’m able to click through it on my iPad so know it is possible. Your help is appreciated.
