subscription

$100 a month to manage iDRAC is insane, this app is a joke

Subs are bad

No option for lifetime purchase. I’m done paying subscriptions for every single thing. Greed.

Being Fr

I find it a good app, ngl its amazing but the feel of it is sketchy even thought it works, i still would say its good so far.

Managed Service Providers IT Toolbox

ITManager.net I think is one of the only products I have come across that is as easy as 1..2..3 to use. The days when you had to walk from one end of the building to another to restart a service or manage an AD user have truly gone. You can literally manage/monitor every server aspect including all your switches, NAS’s, printers and routers with handy IOS push and SMS alerts should they stop responding. Not to mention rebooting equipment and accessing internal devices on the customers network as if you were on it from anywhere in the world by a couple of taps of the finger. The iDrac management is a nice touch too!

I’ve come across many products that can provide similar features but they don’t provide an APP that integrates β€œTHIS WELL” which allows all your IT management needs from a few taps of a phone screen. No need to even pick up your laptop!

I would highly recommend this product if your looking to go above and beyond where fix time is important to you and not just that, but making life so much easier on yourself as an IT Tech.

Additional notes
I noticed an issue with the server side software where silently deploying the client wasn’t quite working right. As soon as I mentioned this issue to Dave/Sean via chat on ITManager.net there Team had produced a later version (within 10 minutes) of the setup software which fixed the issue.

Overall the product is expensive, however the support provided, and the APP itself and features especially the monitoring alerts via SMS and IOS push notifications adds value to my business tenfold. I would highly recommend it if you have the budget. Worst case you could always ask them if they have any offers on. I’ve had a great experience with them so far.
