Your app has gone downhill
Whatever has happened the last 18 months with your app is a travesty. It’s like you guys never actually use your own app and have no idea what how bad it is to use, and how it’s became basically useless. If I go through the website your service is fine. And I appreciate the data I subscribe to, I just wish you actually cared enough about the 60-75% of us that actually use mobile devices for 95% of our research. I don’t know if it’s your new merger what’s happening. But one thing is very concerning… you are no longer keeping up. I was introduced through my peer mentoring group, Vistage. I’ll ask at the next meeting who they would recommend in 2025.
