Still No.1 for Tube Drivers
Response from developer
Thank you Mike. Truly appreciated. Thanks for suffering with me and my betas
Crash.
Response from developer
Updates are released to fix crashes and bugs. Updates are unavoidable. There’s in fact been 3 updates since your version. So I assume you can’t upgrade to iOS 26? No one is asking anyone to pay. Paying is optional for any app. If the app has no use to you then feel free to use an alternative or make your own. I will continue to update as bugs and crashes are reported to me. App development is always organic. Technology moves on as I’m sure you will too.

Best app for LUL train ops
Response from developer
Thank you. I have tried to make it as useful and as much value for money as possible. Hope you continue to find it very beneficial to your working day.
Great app for duty schedules
Would be good to be able to put in my AL position and it added it to the schedule.
Will be subscribing once my trial runs out.
Response from developer
I’m glad you are finding the app useful. The only reason it doesn’t automatically add annual leave is due to swaps. If the app was to add your AL and then you swapped a week. If you went back and accidentally added that leave again. It could be confusing as you may have forgotten you already swapped that week. In an ideal world it would auto populate your AL as the new weeks are added to the bottom of the schedule. The first week in schedule automatically deletes once over a year old and a new week is added to the bottom. The best solution with minimal effort is when you edit a Sunday and select a AL preset it asks you if 1 day 1 week or 2 weeks. It then defaults your RD to Sat Sun and automatically fills in the AL. Not as good as it could if it did automatically populate granted but again it’s simply to not confuse and only put onto your schedule what you have entered. Always happy to take feedback or even criticism. I don’t take for granted any subscriptions and very grateful to all so thank you. Ryan
Simply Amazing

Appreciate the support. I know £15 a year is a lot to ask of people on our low wage so I try to make it as invaluable as possible. As a driver I haven’t made a ship and forget app. I’m constantly adapting the algorithm and features so it continues to assist and benefit all aspects of our roles. I hope that you continue to get lots of use from iTrackerNet and as always if need any assistance feel free to contact me.
Had this app since it came out
I used to love this app. It was simple, effective, and, most importantly, free. I recommended it to so many colleagues because it genuinely made our jobs easier.
But now, they’ve introduced a subscription model, and it’s beyond frustrating. The features I relied on every day are locked behind a paywall. It’s not even a small, one-time fee—it’s a recurring cost for something that used to be free! This app was a critical part of my workflow, but I can’t justify paying for it, especially since there are other free alternatives out there.
I understand developers need to make money, but the way this change was implemented feels like a cash grab. No warning, no grandfathering in loyal users, just an abrupt switch. It’s disappointing to see a once-great app turn its back on the community that made it popular in the first place.
If you’re looking for something affordable or free to use, look elsewhere.

This is the only app made by and for train drivers on the London Underground. With unique features and usability made specifically for our jobs. There isn’t a market place or millions of users outside the very limited number of drivers. The potential for a small fee is not sustainable when the user base doesn’t grow. We don’t make new train drivers every day. Subscription was moved to in order to cover the costs of development as being on the App Store isn’t free. The app offered users around a months free usage to see if it’s something they would find beneficial to their working day. It then offers 3 months free use before any payment for subscription is required. Users who had made a purchase of the application around 8 years ago are offered 6 months free and then 33% off the annual subscription. At £15 (of which the developer after charges and taxes gets £6) a year I feel offers a lot of value. Thanks for taking time to leave your review and enjoy the alternative apps that are out there. At less than 30p a week for something you’d use daily to make your job easier. If that’s not value then let’s hope we get a good payrise soon.
Good app
Response from developer
There’s is no context in your post for me to assist you. The set up is to select line and depot. Not line and duty book. So you must be using a different app.
Very good

Thank you for the support
Most useful app for train ops
I appreciate the time the developer has taken out of their own personal time to work on this app and update it.
Central line
Why the change
Thank you for the usage of a great app that I recommend to loads of drivers but I'm out.
Response from developer
The changes are essential. Without boring you with too much tech talk the code that runs on the app and the methods used to design and develop have all changed. Apple moved from one programming language to another and so to use new capabilities and features of Apples iOS it meant a rebuild from the ground up. As technology changes so does the software. Couldn’t keep writing code that was outdated. That’s for the other phones not iOS 😂
Soo Useful!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I can easily search for my trains via the duty or via the timetable. There’s a place to store phone numbers & door codes & I can even work out my annual leave for coming years. I like to be able to add photos to the day’s notes so I can put a copy of special working there.
I had an issue adding the timetable (I’m no techie) & the developer was super helpful
Would definitely recommend to other drivers 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Makes life as an LU train operator much easier
I had some issues with the app struggling to interpret the Northern line timetable and duty book, so I asked for support, and within a few days the app was updated to cope with weird things in that timetable and duty book. LU’s standardised documents aren’t always standard.
The best app for T/Ops!!
The app itself is AMAZING! Everything is linked & make sense. Really simplify things. For example, you import your duty book & timetable. The app then as if by magic auto populate your whole rota into the schedule tab. Which means you can see your duties years ahead!! Great if you’re following roster & if you’re in the Mafia, you can see your original duties, what the Mafia person have tweaked… You can track your train easily too, in fact long tap on it, the app will bring up all trains coming to the platform. Too many features to list down, so just explore. Any issue drop an email to Ryan, he will definitely help you :)
Brilliant app
“Frustrating and Unreliable: A Disappointing Experience
Customer support was unhelpful and took forever to respond to my queries. When they did, their solutions were generic and didn’t address my specific issues. Moreover, the data accuracy is highly questionable, as I noticed several discrepancies that made me lose trust in the system’s reliability.
Overall, I do not recommend ITrackerNet to anyone looking for a dependable tracking solution. Save yourself the time and hassle, and look for a more reliable alternative.
Response from developer
Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. Shame you had to lie in it though. You have made no effort to contact support. I’d like to point out also the app has only been live a few days (not even that by the time you wrote your review) yet you embarrass yourself with saying customer support took forever. Well the only way it would take forever is if you didn’t contact support. Which you haven’t. So I’d obviously call into doubt any aspects of your review.
