Need Improvements
The iTrade Terminal application needs significant improvement in both usability and stability. The user interface is not user-friendly, making basic trading actions unnecessarily complicated. The buying and selling options are among the worst, as they are confusing, slow, and not intuitive for active traders.
The application frequently terminates/crashes, especially while entering the secondary password or when selecting any symbol during live trading, which is extremely frustrating and risky for users.
Additionally, symbol rates do not update properly, and even the portfolio values lag or fail to refresh, creating uncertainty and lack of trust in the platform’s accuracy.
Buying and selling flows must be simple, fast, and user-friendly. For reference, the developers should study applications like Binance, eToro, and Plus500, which offer clean interfaces, smooth order placement, real-time updates, and a far better overall trading experience.
Overall, the app requires major UI/UX redesign, performance optimization, and stability fixes to meet basic trading standards.

So many glinch in this app
Very poor performance of this iTrade app on iPhone
Error ridden app
The services are ok but the app is always malfunctioning leading to talk to the broker every time. It seems this is done on purpose to control flow of information and orders with purpose of controlling the market forecast. The app should be fault free and always working
App keep crashing after few minutes
Kindly update your app. As it keep crashing after every few minutes. Plus add background app refresh feature as well

Please try improving you app so we can trade it on properly worst experience i’ve gone through ever in any app, also check binance and other apps for the reference feel like this app is free of cost developed.. Try hiring a designer and make some difference in the market
