This app WAS working super great until randomly one day it starts telling me that I need pro to keep using it. The thing is I already have pro, and even when I go to re subscribe it says I still am. Now I have paid for this app barely two weeks into my month subscription and suddenly it just wont work.

iTranscreen is a very useful real-time translation app. It translates quickly and works well when I’m watching videos or reading content in another language. The app is easy to use, and the translations are clear and accurate most of the time. It has made understanding foreign-language content much easier for me. Definitely worth trying!

finally someone made an overlay adjacent screen translator. been looking for something like this for apple. some translations seem a little iffy, but it does what it needs to do.

Bad app don’t buy
This is a very bad app not doing what it’s expected to do even after paying for pro. The system doesn’t recognize it money lost

Fast Translations

Well, I downloaded a game on my phone that is exclusively in Japanese. I turned it on, made sure it focused on my screen, and the translation is very… Ehh. The words that translated over didn’t seem to make sense, I put the text from the game into ANOTHER AI (ChatGPT) and it said something completely different than what the app said it was. I don’t blame the app though, the game is relatively old (almost 20 years) and the letters are chunky and bulky/bold. Making it hard for the AI to detect the text. I was really hoping it would work because it would make it easier to translate from Japanese -> English rather than screenshotting and putting it in google and asking what it says. But it’s okay, I sort of understood what the characters meant to say.
