Clunky and complicated
Constant buffering and having to close out app and start again, despite excellent internet connection. Process to submit an order is cumbersome and not user friendly. No tracking of historical orders after the PO is submitted. Even with the updates, it’s still frustrating to use after 5+ years. I think my HS kid could create a better app. I would not recommend after using other systems.

Needs a lot of work
Although in theory this app should work the ,what seems like, lack of back end support makes this app painful to use. Constant server issues when all other applications I work in are fine and the slow speed in which it operates just isn’t conducive for field work. This is definitely built for in house inventory only and sales/field needs are not a priority

Needs some tweaks
This App, although a great idea, is clunky and slow. As a daily user it just isn’t up to par with other inventory management applications. I have to use it for a company we work with, but would not choose this for our business
