Financial Nightmare Don’t Do It

KEEP WELL CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP IN DEBT The worse idea ever stream your wages as you earn them have to pay nearly £2 each time to access your own money but come payday they take back everything you’re e streamed since last payday which means come payday your skint and are forced to stream again and each time paying another £2
It was supposed to be capped so I could stream no more than 50% of my wages however it was set up wrong and wasn’t showing correct on the app so ended up streaming 110% of my wages so on payday I didn’t get paid and actually owed them money. This put me into debit as I couldn’t pay my bills on payday. I then had to pay back the 110% back over 6 months and they then permanently disabled my ability to stream again which basically makes the account useless so I’ve closed my account the customer service is abysmally problems they just tell you

Very very useful

I’ve not seen this at many work places. Everything u need on an app. The pay your self early feature is amazing.

Unsafe saving, doesn’t feel secure

The only option I have under “security settings” is the ability to change my password. That’s kind of terrifying, seeing as the app displays partial banking information, reveals my wage and pay day, and can also “withdraw” money preemptively from my next payslip. I would expect a second level of security to access some of these facilities. Good app idea in general, and I hope it helps those who need access to their cash early. But I won’t be using it. It needs serious fine-tuning. Also, I won’t be investing my money in anything not protected by the FSCS. Please do NOT put your money aside with this app unless you can afford to lose it!
