Wont let me into my account

I created an account and then tried to sign in, but it keeps saying “incorrect password,” even after I reset my password. How am I supposed to use the app when I can’t get into it?

no horoscope

this app USED to be good maybe mine is broken but i can’t even see the horoscopes anymore…which was the whole point of this app. I cant use the calendar either because you have to pay for it so now all i have is a blank screen with the date ontop… fun😐 even after i updated the app. Like does anyone else have this

The new features include eclipse times, solstice and equinox days and ability to download notes. This update was announced in our newsletter, you can sign up for updates here: https://itsjustaphase.app/sign-up/ As mentioned in our newsletter this app has been free for a while, for me to afford to keep it live on the app store and pay the excellent team, we need to monetize. It’s not just a Phase! it’s a journal and mood tracker

I love this app so much, I love connecting with the energy of the moon, my emotions and tracking it through journaling. This app is cleverly put together, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing! I love the calendar aspect and daily query feature with inspirational quotes is so cool!

After the most recent update it doesn’t work

I’ve liked this app more than other moon and astrology tracking, but after the update today it just closes as soon as I attempt to open it.

I have had this app for quite a bit and I love it! It’s definitely one of the more accurate and user-friendly apps (with lots of cool insights too!) that I’ve found which has naturally made it my favorite. But ever since the most recent update (Dec 23 - Jan 24), I have not been able to use it. I have uninstalled and installed it multiple times and restarted my phone to no avail and I’m really sad about it!! I would please like help fixing this issue so I can keep enjoying one of my fav apps.

Can’t use

Tried removing the app, restarted the phone, reinstalled and it still won’t open correctly. It disappears and when I look at open apps it just shows a white page if it shows up at all. If I tap on that it disappears again.

Decent app

I’ve had this app for a couple of years now and I’ve enjoyed it. However, I haven’t been able to use it since the most recent update. I deleted it and re-downloaded it again and it just will not work. It will show that an app is opening, no logo or identifying information for the app, then it just disappears from the screen. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m hoping it’ll be fixed soon.

Been using for a while

But i see there is a layout update which would be cool if the app would open. Hoping this will be fixed. Im been using the app for abt 2 years now and i would hate to go to another 🫶 ——

I’m only giving this one star because the new layout you guys have looks rlly bland boring and cheap compared to the other one. And one one who’s had this way before knows what i’m talking about i hope you guys chance it or make it look more cool :p

Miss the red design

I really loved this app and how aesthetic it was. The latest update has changed to a design I’m personally not the biggest fan of, but I also understand this is a very small team and y’all are just trying to make changes based off feedback. I just wish there was a little bit more of the old design left with this new one 🖤 I still appreciate all you guys are doing. The new design just isn’t the one for me, personally 🖤

Made changes and it’s missing parts

They made changes, it used to have when to reflect etc at different phases of the moon month but they got rid of it! It’s what I found most useful tbh

Good App but No Longer Aesthetically Pleasing

I like the app but would have liked an option to change it to dark theme. It’s dark and too bright at the same time. (-minus 1 star)

I just downloaded this app and I love it!!! It’s VERRRRY aesthetically pleasing and provides a lot of things that I was looking for in search of a good lunar calendar app. One thing that I would absolutely love is if the app provided information on what the moon phase is. I find myself going straight to Google after opening the app and I feel that part should be within the app. Maybe even what the phases mean on the more spiritual side of things? Like what each phase is tied to, for example healing, balance, love, etc. This would be quite a nice touch as well. Again, I really love this app and thank you so much for putting it out there!!
