Infuriating

Good products, price, and a trustworthy company. But the app is infuriating. No back button… ok I could live with that. But when swiping to go back it triggers pop ups for YouTube and instagram videos which are disruptive, annoying and slow down the whole process. Also can’t quickly add a product to a wishlist without having to “click into” a product (and then experience the dreaded swipe back and get pop-up before getting back to search results). At this point I’m tending to pay more at Screwfix just to avoid the ITS app making my blood boil!

Great but no back button!

Decent app

It would be much easier to use the app if there was a back button, going to compare products without being able to go back to another product. Really annoying. Except for that great app.

Clunky

Swipe feature is awful.. working hands is a nightmare to use.. PLEASE ADD a simple back button.. middle of a job want a quick look, no time to clean hands on site, make it Trade friendly..
Rest of it is great..
