This app makes the whole experience so much easier. Booking a table takes seconds, no back-and-forth calls or waiting on hold. I love that I can see my points balance and actually redeem rewards for real perks, it feels like they thought about their regulars instead of just slapping a QR code on the wall. My favorite feature is being able to connect and network with other members right through the app, it adds a whole social layer that most venues don’t even attempt. Clean design, fast, and it actually makes me want to come back more often. Highly recommend downloading before your next visit!

Avoid this app (and lounge/bar)
Misguided attempt to complicate what should be simple and easy - this lounge used to be cool, chill and relaxing, but the owner decided to launch an odd membership scheme which coincided with this poorly conceived app. The time spent on this app should’ve been focused more on listening to the core customers, not trying to change the whole concept and vibe of the place. Sadly, the owner seems tone-deaf and doesn’t respond well to feedback either…
