Fraud company. Cheaters
They don't accept cod and the prepaid order never gets delivered. Their customer care never bothers to respond to calls. I’m going to raise consumer complaint against these people now.

Itsy bitsy is a very well known store
But for some reason, their is some issue on their website and app..
First of all, the products shown on the website are not showing on the app..
Secondly, I placed an order, my amount even got deducted, but their is no order confirmation..
I really hope I’ll manage to get a refund!

Cheats … Fraud … DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP
I placed the order on their app on 30th sept. I got a call from their executive that one the items is not available and she will send me the what’s app pics of the available designs … since then it’s been 5 days now I have called their numbers like 50 times but literally no one answers … I sent them emails no response from there either …. I sent them messages on insta too and guess what no response ….. I posted comments on their insta reels n posts but again NO RESPONSE …. I checked my bank account the money has been deducted for the order but havent got any refunds in case they cancelled my order … went on their website to track my order and here is a surprise ……. it says NO ORDER FOUND …..

Pathetic customer service
Products are good but the customer service is really bad.They do not lift the call or answer to mails.
The app ate my reward points
This is the worst app I have ever used. Firstly it wasn’t letting me place the order- every time I clicked to place the order, it just went back to cart. Next I applied my reward points and then order wasn’t ever placed but reward points showing used- I even received a message stating the same. Lastly the inventory on the desktop site was different than what was showing on the app, so many items I indeed wanted weren’t showing available in the app- hence bye bye ‘mystery 1000₹ craft bag’. Seems like app is just a gimmick- totally unexpected from a store like Itsy Bitsy. 😤😖
