About

A small toy fell off the bed. It has all night to climb back. You climb one room. It gets stranger the higher you go: the carpet forest, the desk, the shelves, the curtain, the ceiling stars — and then the bed. THE BED IS NOT THE END. It throws you back, and the climb keeps going: a sea of dreams above the ceiling, a city of moonstone above that, and after those the night never runs out. Every run from there is a score. DON'T JUMP. GET SLUNG. Grip a spinning arm and let go at the right moment. The arm throws you the way it is travelling, not the way it is pointing — so the strongest launch is not where you expect it. Finding it is the whole game. HOLD TO GLIDE. Hold and the wound-up propeller carries you into a glide — until it runs down. It winds up again when you land, grip an arm or bounce off a balloon. Use it to stretch a jump, slow a fall or save a jump you misjudged. ONE FINGER. Tap, hold, drag. That's all of it. Playable one-handed, on a bus, in the dark. GOALS Three at a time, ten levels of them. Reach a height, chain balloons, ride a sliding platform, climb in the dream. Finish all three and a colour unlocks. Most of them count skill, not patience. WHAT YOU KEEP Every layer you reach stays lit in your room, permanently. Two colours are yours from the start; the rest unlock by height, and the last few are far above the bed. A moon marks the nights you've come back — and if you miss a few days it fades, it never resets. DREAM MODE No death, no counter, no record. Just the room. Some nights you don't want to be measured. HONEST BY DESIGN No ads. No in-app purchases. No account needed. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party ad or analytics SDKs. The game is fully playable offline, in airplane mode. The one exception is Game Center — Apple's own service, and optional: if you are signed in, your height in metres goes to the leaderboards. That number is the only thing that ever leaves the device. Everything else — your records, your run log, your goals — stays on your device. Accessibility options (longer glide, softer gravity) are settings, not rewards. They are not locked behind anything, and runs made with them are quietly kept in a separate record. Nothing shames you for using them. MADE BY HAWK & MASON STUDIOS Ittako is made by a small independent studio. The models are generated by scripts, the sounds are synthesised from scratch. hawkmason.com

What's New in Ittako

1.0.1

October 25, 2026

Ittako 1.0.1 — built for iPhone Duo and big screens. • iPhone Duo: play on the cover screen, or unfold it. The climb keeps its own page and the other page shows your height. Touch the other page to play without covering Tako. Fold it mid-climb and the game pauses. Swap the pages with ⇄ on the menu. • iPad and wide screens: the game now fills the whole screen, in portrait or landscape. • Fix: the pause button no longer shows on the main menu.
