Very glitchy
Great for the convenience but a lot of the features don’t work correctly or on time. I’ll get notifications for chat responses hours if not days after the actual chat has ended and recently, every time I try to enter the helpdesk portion my app immediately crashes so it’s not helpful to contact support.

It doesn’t push notifications until you open it, then you get all of them at once. Now it just crashes immediately upon opening. Shame because if it worked it would be very useful
Frozen
I downloaded the app to get easier access to my platform. The app loaded but will not open. I clicked offer button and application and it does nothing. I have an iPhone 11.
It could use some upgrades.
I do think this app is good for adding 1/2 hour time slots, and adding additional hours to your schedule. Would just like to have alerts back. Never get an alert for class in the last 4 months. Do not like the new cancellation request update- it was easier before it was messed with. Now the cancellation system doesn’t even make sense on the app.
