Don’t bother with Premium
Paid £5.99 for premium to avoid the ads every 10 mins. Only to still get ads every 10 mins but for other ITV programmes only.
They do put this caveat in the t&c’s but we had 10 ad breaks for other ITV programmes in a 90 min programme.
Made watching the programme completely unenjoyable.

Constant buffering
Was okay, but recently seems to buffer a lot.
Bad service
This service has advertising on paid subscriptions and you can’t even download shows. They advertise their own movie so, unlike other services, you pay to be interrupted while you watch something. Shows disappear without notice and you can’t continue watching. Downloaded episodes or movie to watch while travelling also require a connection so you can’t watch them offline. Service not recommended.

Paying to remove ads doesn’t actually remove all ads.

Downloaded rugby and went to watch it and it disappeared.. I downloaded again at a later date and it wouldn’t open when I tried to watch it back. I upgraded solely for this reason. This is a scam app that clearly doesn’t work. I want my subscription money back

No tv guide and not clear if a programme is new or a repeat please fix this so users don’t have to waste their time looking it up !

ITVX is one of the most frustrating streaming apps I’ve used. It constantly buffers, crashes, and forgets where I left off. The app feels slow and unreliable, and the number of adverts is excessive, even for a free service. Finding shows can also be a chore because the interface isn’t very user-friendly. There are some good programmes available, but the poor app performance makes them difficult to enjoy. Definitely needs significant improvements.

Always have to shut down app
Why is it that you have to shut down and restart the app every time you go to use it again? Other tv apps do not do this. It has been an issue for years even though I pay for premium

Sometimes after the advent it skips forward. And please please stop put what on next, if you have to show it but don’t play it (like channel 4 does) the amount of times I have to go to the last episode and forward so it’s not in my list is a joke. If you can’t do that then let us delete the things that it on the watching list that we don’t want

Transition from to premium from standard
My ITVX is a five star experience now I invested in premium. It’s reasonably priced. I recommend the annual option because it’s cheaper Then paying it monthly however I don’t recommend the standard option. There’s so many ads you get bored your program before you even get to the missing of it overall standard is appalling premium is luxury

ITVX is really nice I like it only thing I hate is ads honestly you get ads every 5. Minutes and those ads are about 5 minutes long .

Practical but the ads get too much at times bit honestly it varies on what youre watvh but sometukes i wish there was no ads to begin with as its very annoying and just makes me rage.

Having a long stay in hospital would have been less bearable if not for this on my I pad.
