They are the absolute slowest at processing and reimbursing. It’s extremely frustrating that reimbursement takes more than a week at a time every single week when it should not.

Can’t login nightmare
As everyone else has already stated I can login on the website with my username and password however when you try to use this app it says incorrect credentials. It would be a useful app if only it worked!

The advances to the service since 1998 are incredible. It used to take many faxes of receipts until I was reimbursed money out of pocket. I would have to go without needed medications and office visits. Keep up the good work!
Very user-friendly
Love this app and how user-friendly it it. Seems to always be up-to-date with most current info and submitting and managing HSA funds is VERY easy!

Usual corporate rubbish app
As other unfortunate souls mentioned, you can reset your credentials a million time, and this “app” will still make you lock out. Geniuses. It’s highly likely related to IU though. Mediocrity galore.
Full of bugs
This app is only useful because the website is completely unusable. The app is not much better, with confusing navigation and difficult logins.
Great concept,...if only you could log in
I just logged into the website to make sure I am using the correct credentials. The website is no problem, but the app says invalid user name/password combo. 🤷♀️

Useless
What's the point of this app if you can't upload receipts and scanned documents or submit for reimbursement with the app? There are also no instructions telling you how to set up your first time mobile account and I had to contact tech services to find the instructions. Useless. Deleted.
