Why do I have to go into the office every time to pay dues?

First of all Local 12 in general is way behind the times. I really have to send a check to pay my dues? Where does it say in the app when my dues are due? Am I behind? Where’s the contract I work under? Not on the app🤦🏼♂️🙄
