Bad design rarely works
They took away our union cards/IDs and told us we had this now, but it is inconsistent and badly designed at best. It often flat out does not allow login. It seems to never work when I need it, and it is embarrassment to try to use it as an ID card to get union discounts/services.

Honestly, the single worst app for any job I’ve ever worked. Literally nothing works. From login, to credentials, to any other assorted information. Everyone hates it, nothing gets fixed. Get it together Alex. You can kick people out for not updating their books but you can make a semi-working app for your members to be able to access their information that is REQUIRED on most jobsites? This has to be a joke and IT is laughing all the way to the bank.

Can’t Login
I can login just fine on the website, but to access my health insurance cards I “have” to use the app. I absolutely cannot login to the app. I keep getting errors.
Haven’t been able to receive my insurance cards in the mail for whatever reason, and this is the ultimatum for “solving” the issue. What’s the point of having insurance if I can’t even access my card information, and everybody I’ve called and have been in contact with cannot help me.

Broke garbage
Never works. Won’t let me log in. Something went wrong every time. Forced to have this and yet it never works. Thanks again IUPAT getting us everywhere you can!

Worthless app! this is where money is being allocated? Unreal, I don’t get my dues card mailed and they don’t know why. They said use the app, the app won’t sign in constant crashes it’s terrible. They want you to have a Id and dues card to vote but we don’t even do that for presidential elections anymore. Such a joke

Constant errors when re-logging back into app.

Doesn’t work
The number one app I’ve ever wanted in my life and every time I try to even just make an account it says one or more credentials are not valid when I have typed it in perfectly several times and always says the same thing.

Need to update to include Canadian union members. Will change rating when I can actually use the app.
