The device is not recognized in my iPhone and in its own application. unfortunately I couldn’t back up my videos and pictures in my iPhone, the device is junk.
Problems with iPhone 13
The application perfectly worked with my old iPhone Xr.

The app does not work well at all. Every time the the card reader is plugged in, none of the files come up. Have to replug and delete the app 10-15 times before I can get access to the files on the SD card. Please fix this as this is causing me many issues at work
Does not work on iPhone 15
Works fine on my iPhone XS iOS 17 but my iPhone 15 will not see the drive. Can you update or is it dead in the water with iPhone 15.
