The app doesn’t work. What a shame. Now I have a product but I can’t see the footage of inside the ear so it’s a useless product

Suddenly started freezing I suspect it needs an update.
“Searching”
This device will not work and is stuck in searching mode. Not my problem to troubleshoot. Junk product with worse software and horrible support.

My sister got my this cool gadget so I can look into my kids ears for infections. It worked great initially but then the app couldn’t find the camera anymore and it appears like it is trying to download the app. I’ve only used it a few times. It’s a bummer because it worked well when it was working.

Love it!
I purchased the otoscope on Amazon for about $50 and set it up the moment it arrived. I had an ear infection and was able to treat it with an herbal remedy and monitor my daily progress. The app was easy to use and saved all the photos on my iPhone 10S
Doesn’t work properly.
Worked once and now just continues to say scanning. Will not work !!!!!! Wasted money.
Can’t Export Videos
The app is pretty simple and works well with my endoscope. It does have one major bug, however. The images and video isn’t stored in your camera roll, but in the app. If you try to export any images or video from the app, it crashes. This limits the usefulness of the app and endoscope significantly.

Great little device
This thing is amazing for what it is. $40 to look in my ears without having to go to the doctor. Maybe the issues from previous reviewer are fixed, I didn’t have them. Saved fine to my iPhone camera roll.

I purchased the kit on amazon and when I got the kit it had me download this app and at first I see the reviews and was thinking what I got myself into... but after I tried it and used it for my self I realized it was a great product and a great app.

Most of the time the app will not open. Is there an update? When it does work it’s great. Please fix the app or develop a better app.

I was skeptical about buying this device after seeing bad reviews about the device itself and this app but, I decided to give it a chance and I’m glad I did..
The device and app work just fine.
I think a lot of what people are having issues with is the connection and that’s easily fixed by not using the usb cord that comes with the device

Fix your App please!!!
Quick review. The person who said they couldn’t get a clear picture probably wasn’t used to the shallow depth of field you get with a device like this. It is great for inspecting hard to reach areas and the dimmable light is a nice feature.
Pros: it works well for the price point.
Cons: Lots!
The video is glitchy and freezes quite often.
The files are a custom .avi format which makes them large and incompatible with many software programs.
Videos and pics can’t be saved to the camera roll on your phone. What??
Last but not least when I even try to view a video it rotates the screen and moves the video to the bottom corner mostly off the screen. It is SUPER annoying.
I have never given a 1 star review and probably would have given this a sold 4-star review if the app was even 1/2 way decent, but it is not. Oh and I forgot this thing devours power. Even though it has a rechargeable battery, you burn through it in about 10 minutes of continuous use.
Note to app developer - you can fix all of these issues and have happy customers. All I wanted was a way to inspect some electronic parts and text pics to clients. Shouldn’t be next to impossible.

Works good
Works fine for us. Some reviews say blurry, but its not. Its very clear for up close as designed for in the ear.
Some reviews say it only saves pics to device not the phone. You can change that in settings in the app.
