IV Hub Servicer helps approved healthcare service providers manage IV therapy appointments requested through the IV Hub consumer platform. Designed for individual servicers and wellness centers, the app provides tools to: • Complete provider onboarding and submit verification information • Configure service availability and operating schedules • Receive, accept, or reject appointment requests • View upcoming, completed, and missed appointments • Manage rescheduling and cancellation requests • Access appointment and customer service details • Track journeys to customer locations when applicable • Record required information and manage therapy progress • Communicate about active appointments • Manage inventory and welcome-kit products • Review account activity, earnings, and withdrawal requests • Manage clinic staff where available • Receive appointment and account notifications Provider accounts require review and approval before services can be offered. Features available to individual servicers and wellness centers may differ. IV Hub Servicer is intended only for authorized providers operating in supported service areas. Services are currently available in select areas of Florida. Provider participation, appointments, and features are subject to approval and availability.
