The application crashes after the last update. Reinstalling doesn't help. Please solve the problem

Disappointed App
App should undergo rehabilitation to enhance its functionality and usage, since am using this app for the last two years there is no update over the sudden crash of the application and there is no updated features, complicated menu options. There is lot to be improved.
Generate Key Validation Error
For the past 7 months been getting this “Generate Key Validation Error” error anytime I try to log in. It doesnt accept my login anymore but on my Samsung its working perfect. Please fix this error.

Amazing app, with cloud control everything is on finger tips, able to view old footage from phone and record/take photo of whatever I want. Good job 👍
