I am sorry you are having trouble with the app. There is a user guide that is accessible from the question mark icon on the top left of the initial categories scene. You are welcome to reach out through the in-app feedback feature found at the bottom of the settings menu with any questions you may have. That is a direct line to our developer and they would be glad to help however they can. The settings menu is accessible from the gear icon at the top right of the categories scene.
Nice app but needs some changes
The app is nice to have but when filing a report you can’t see anything. No roads no terrain nor a landmark on the map, if the app offered a satellite mode it would help a lot

We have added this functionality and it can be accessed by the gear icon in the top right of the initial categories scene. The setting applies to all maps in the app. Thank you for the suggestion and for helping manage Invasives with the IveGot1 app!
Majority going downhill
Used to be a great app now you can hardly even work it, requires more complex passwords for everything on there now as well

Love it but
First time using this app and it’s really well done. However, there are no directions on how to add a species
Map wont load
This seems like a great idea but its impossible to report a species because it requires a GPS location yet the map refuses to load so you can give it one
