No link

Can’t do a forensic scan if there is no link available. Yeah,yeah,yeah…15 pro max latest iOS update and restarted my phone

Could use an update and some TLC!

I appreciate this app. But it feels rather inactive personally. Also there never seems to be any news notifications or any kind of reminder to do a monthly scan. And the widget is no good. Pure white when added to the home screen.

Share issue

I am using the latest version of iVerify Basic on an iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 26.5.2. I followed the Threat Hunting instructions exactly, generated a sysdiagnose, and tried to share it. However, “Share with iVerify Basic” never appears in the iOS Share Sheet.

I have reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone, and confirmed that the Share Sheet works correctly with other apps, but iVerify Basic is still missing.

Is this a known issue, or is there another way to upload the sysdiagnose file? At the moment, the Threat Hunting feature cannot be completed because the app’s share extension does not appear. Please investigate and fix this issue.

Paid but did not receive promised scans

I paid for iVerify Basic after being told I would receive 5 Threat Hunting / forensic scans per month. However, my monthly quota shows 0 remaining, and I have not received the scans I was promised.

I was also told that individual subscriptions were not available and that subscriptions were only for companies, but I was still given the impression that I would receive the monthly scan allowance. This was not fulfilled.

I expected either a proper individual subscription, the promised scan allowance, or a refund. Instead, I paid and the service did not work as described for me. I am disappointed and cannot recommend it unless the developer restores the promised scans or refunds users who did not receive what they paid for.

Broken, worthless, utter waste of time and money

This seemed to have worked for a few months until recently when i can't even upload a scan result to the people who make the app.

In fact, I'm beginning to sense that this app IS malware, not a means of scanning for it or protecting myself and my device.

Their other apps appear to be for individuals until you download them then discover that they've not, they're for enterprise.

Come on, Apple, DO BETTER!

This is one more reason for me to go back to Android.
