Great app but one problem

So today I tried use it but I keep trying to use a great reference video as I could but somehow the repair didn’t work and when I took a look all the moments it repaired was the random frozen moment of the video and that is the worst so please can you fix this problem now

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry for the trouble. Random frozen frames can happen when the reference video does not match the damaged video. For the best repair result, please use a normal reference video recorded on the same device and with the same recording settings as the damaged file. Please email us at support@miremire.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, and both videos if possible, and we'll be happy to investigate further.
