Great app but one problem

Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry for the trouble. Random frozen frames can happen when the reference video does not match the damaged video. For the best repair result, please use a normal reference video recorded on the same device and with the same recording settings as the damaged file. Please email us at support@miremire.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, and both videos if possible, and we'll be happy to investigate further.
