Quick and Caring Treatment
I’ve been suffering from a sinus infection for 11 days, only to be told by my primary care provider to wait another week before coming in. App glitched and Company will not process refund
I had a glitch in the app where my physician could not get in contact with me and i was charged for the visit ahead of time. I was told i would be issued a refund but this never happened….
Incorrect information given
Contacted to get antibiotics for a UTI that my mom has according to testing urine sample. Was told it might be a kidney infection and required to have blood test. Information was contrary to what local Urgent care stated.

Life in-complicated
I am 69. I will not be an old woman who is constantly going to the Doctor. This was perfect for me. No dressing up (not that I do anyway!), no fighting traffic, no looking for a parking space, no lobby loitering, and no COVID worries. My visit was so informative, I am so pleased!

Easy to use and FAST
Highly recommend the app. I reported my symptoms while commuting on the bus, and received a call from a competent and friendly MD right when I got to my destination. This app is easy to use; the doctors are excellent; and I would definitely use it again.
