You can’t even create a new account on this app! The birthdate field doesn’t display a chooser or a keyboard and you can’t even paste in your birthdate- you always get an error on that field so no way to create the account. I went on my computer and tried to send a message to their customer service team and that form doesn’t work either!

App simply does not work
I’m assuming somebody’s 12-year-old son put this app together, because it really doesn’t work at all. It’s impossible to enter your data to set up an account because of a multitude of bugs that I’m not going to try to describe here. So who knows how the rest of it works because I can’t even get into the darn thing. Don’t waste your time. Oh and when you go to their website and try to enter your information into their contact form, that also produces multiple unknown errors for no reason —there’s nothing missing from any fields, but it just forces you to go in circles. I’ve been an IT for 25 years so I know it isn’t me and I know it isn’t my fully updated iPhone. It is totally them. So, there is no way to contact them either. Thus there is nobody supporting this app and nobody who cares if it works or not.
