Problem from the start

All I want is a quality app like Skype but with a way to meet people but I guess I'm not getting that so I downloaded this first I downloaded it and attempted to make a username, after that no matter how many different ways I try to do it I keep getting the same message that im not connected to the Internet

My opinion?

There's not much else to say. It just doesn't do anything except ask for .99¢ to send pictures. Really? Should be zero stars on this one.
