Disappointed

I was very keen to check the app and the features but i am deeply disappointed with the app as well as the web page. It does not load. I cannot even log in even if I am in 5g network. In other phones also same issue.

Lots of problems

Links are not working, games are not working. Trying to delete my account but that also doesn’t work. Sorry to say this app is completely useless.

Glitches and Fraud for creating database

The app is too slow and full of glitches, the game won’t go past 1st test for memory assessment, moreover other games are so slow. They just need your number and personal details to create their database, there’s nothing more in the app

Stop asking to phone number in the beginning

Now a days everyone wants your phone number to create database so they can sell it. If you’re really genuine then let the test begin without forcing us to verify our number and later ask for our number when we want to opt for your paid services.
Stop this bs of verifying phone number without even showing what your app can do.

Non responsive App

Tried giving a test and after 1st test is completed, the app gets frozen…tried it multiple times and it freezes at step 2.
I’ve shown great interest to check my brain health and know about ivory, but due to tech bugs..I got frustrated and deleted the App!!

Main feature doesn’t work for the app

I opened this app and tried to use main focused test to check my brain health and it doesn’t work . I have clicked 100 times on start button but it doesn’t responds. Not a good user experience for first time user of the app.

Disappointing

Just installed the app and on very first screen it asked if I want to take test to know cognitive age. After spending time, I didn’t get the age. How you expect me to spend more time on your app when claimed feedback loop is broken

Hello, Apologies. You can find your cognitive age under workouts -> myscore. Your experience would have coincided with a downtime we had and we have made some fixes as well to improve experience. Would mean the world to us if you could recheck this once for us.

App hangs

I took all the tests successfully but when I was waiting for assessment, the App started to hang. I couldn’t get the assessment. Later I opened the App again. It was simply buffering. I am working on 5G network and other apps are working absolutely fine fast. So, please work on your App performance. For the time being I uninstalled Ivory from my phone. Thank you.

Amazing app!

Been using the app for almost a year now. Loved the interesting games and puzzles. My parents are also hooked to the app and have taken the cognitive age test. Will follow through with the consultation once it is built in

Superb daily quiz feature

I start my day with using Ivory’s daily quizzes, because it gives me a sense of accomplishment, and victory. Their games are also a hit, each game is unique and has different cognitive features. Just love it!!💯

Keeping my mind sharp!

Ivory has become part of my daily routine recently. The app is so easy to use and interesting.

The interactive games are fun to play and so exciting! Everyday there are new and different questions to that push me to think and strengthen my memory.

Sometimes I play these games with my grandmother so is 70 years old and she enjoys this in her pastime. I will definitely be recommending this app to friends and family!

Review

Ivory fills a gap long felt. Elderly’s simple cognitive issues were ignored as age- related issues and conveniently brushed under the carpet, till their problems reached a no return phase. But not now.
