Pathetic customer service
Not only were they slow to respond to an order that required a change, but after I received the wrong order they were rude and abrasive to cover up their lack of a timely response. They went as far as the owners husband calling my phone and calling me poor. Very strange, kinda sad really. Not exactly adult behavior. Not company I would ever consider doing business with again.

Nothing loads I can’t see the pictures I tried every things. I just use the website. Even then sometimes the website give me problems but not like the app.

Preauthorizing waitlist - does it work?
I had an item preauthorized on my waitlist on the app and it was an item that was restocked but somehow I didn’t get it... I don’t understand why I should bother preauthorizing when I’m not going to get it anyway..?! I never had that happen with other boutiques so it’s confusing to me and pretty disappointing too. I emailed customer service and never received a response. Disappointing and I guess I should just delete the app

I love using the app, and much prefer it to the browser experience, but I CANNOT make a purchase using it!! It wants me to update my email and when I go to that section to do so, I get an error. How can I update my email if there’s a bug in your app that’s preventing me from doing this?? O love your products, but when I search for the same items using the web browser, they are not there. The same top has been available in the app for days in my size (4 left), but not on the web browser. Super frustrating that I can’t ever get what I really want! :(

Incorrect order and they won’t fix it
My ordered arrived on Monday and was missing an item. I have sent several emails, and Facebook messages and no response. Yet they charged me for it.

Easy way to shop in app. Lots of pretty comfortable clothes, shoes, accessories. Only wish they can go by bust/waist size as being in between sizes can be hard to decide which would fit better.
