Perfect implementation of the mainframe classic
A flawless implementation of the Classic dumb terminal super Star Trek simulation. People who are complaining don’t know what they are talking about.
Old game
I remember this game from the days of basic language. I love it!!! The only downfall is the old game you could adjust the time limit and enemy number and this game you can't. Brings me back to my teenage years!

How do you Dock the StarShip, I am right next to the star base and nothing happens, I need to recharge my crystals and load a couple of torpedoes Or Is there a website that help you learn how to play the game
Needs a keyboard
I too have enjoyed playing this game over the years, but as all of the user moves are text entries, you are pretty well screwed without a physical keyboard. The digital one is cumbersome to use. I think this game has reached it's expiration date. Let it go.
Almost Playable
I've played several implementations of this game since I first encountered it in 1980. This one suffers because the UI needs to embrace the platform it's written for. It is *very* cumbersome to enter data. But worse than that, the game is nearly impossible to win. Most missions cannot be completed. I played dozens for I got a win. Fix these problems and I'd be happy to update my review.

Excellent Text Trek
Fun game that, with minimal fuss, really does feel like Star Trek.
Two small complaints:
1. The manual could be a bit clearer and have more examples.
2. I'd like for there to be some way to always have command options onscreen. For example, being able to tap buttons rather than having to pull up the keyboard, type a command, pull it up again, type in a number.
But even if those complaints are never addressed iTrek is a great game and worth buying.

Fascinating
This game has no graphics and is yet the game that comes closest to feeling like star trek
great version of a classic!
quite possibly the best Star Trek RPG ever made.
