I want to verify my Smok product because it came with a broken screen so I can get it fixed or replaced, and the app won’t even load it just crashes. I’ve been through all of the troubleshooting and it still won’t work, so I tried to have my wife download the android version and nothing…
Broken app
This app does not work on any device
App will not even load!
I had already downloaded this app a few years ago but deleted it soon after. I was quickly reminded as to why; it does not work. Upon opening the app, in order to “activate” my product and register the warranty, all I get is an empty page with the IVPS logo and copyright info. It is 2026 and there are self-driving automobiles and refrigerators with TVs installed; there’s no excuse for developing an app that doesn’t function properly. If you can’t provide the necessary software for your consumers, don’t make it a requirement for receiving warranty service on your and your wholesalers products.

lazily put together app by people who don't care
virtually everything that's supposed to work doesn't. Whoever the developers of this app are really need to step up their game and fix this app because it's truly terrible.

I have been trying for the last hour to log into my account even after trying to reset password several times even the codes sent states they are wrong even though I have copied and paste as well as single typed and triple check before submitting yet the app still states it wrong…. Very disappointing

I wanted to quit smoking so I picked up a new vape. It happened to be the Smok Nord. And I must admit so far I’m loving it. This is my first day.

All I’m trying to do is figure out how to get my new vape and for some reason I am on a chatting board? Don’t understand? This is the worst customer service I think I’ve ever even heard of. It appears that I shall be jumping through hoops, until the warranty is void, good for them. They got the money for that vape, but I will never buy a smock brand item again.

Worst app ever
It scans it, tells me it’s taking me to a page that’s not provided by IPS and never does, I am only able to copy the code, tried atleast 10 or 20 times, didn’t keep count
Terrible app
Like I said, terrible app. In this day an age it should be smooth & go off without a hitch. The devs should be unemployed if this is the best they can come up with is this janky "app" there's nothing convenient about it. Wheres the bleeding edge?... Well I guess it's two peas in a pod, terrible app paired with a terrible product. I've been buying smok products religiously for years and ya they always break or somthjng but that's usually after it took a good besting. Not this time. Just copped a SMOK RPM PRO & I was hyped, match made in heaven, well so I thought. It's been in service not even a full week and it already shot the bed. The screen freezes and n OK matter what you press it doesn't do anything. Now it just overheats and shuts down. So My stance on smok just did a total 180... for the WORSE. And as of right now SMOK is NOT the brand I will be REFERRING to all my buddies. How can you trust a product when the own company doesn't even stand behind their merchandise?! Think it may be time to start advertising Vapersso or geek vape etc etc... I'll update this if Smok does the right thing & comes correct. But as of right now they just lost a loyal Long time buyer that's spent alot $$$ on what I thought was the golden standard. SMH so disappointing.

Scanned code A and it said activated. Scanned code B and it gave a code and say move onto new page because the code is trying to take me to a page not supported by IVPS, however there is no link to what page I should go on. Dont know now if Ive brought legal coils. Thanks for nothing!
Horrible
This app isn’t user friendly. My vape is less than a week old and need to talk to someone as to why it’s not working but I can’t seem to get a phone number to call. I do not like all of this new technology stuff because the vape is not good if you can’t use the thing.
Won’t allow sign up
I downloaded the app skeptically bc of the reviews so that I could attempt to activate my warranty on my new vape. I’ve tried signing up and every time they “send the activation code” to my email. I never receive a code. I can’t imagine what the customer service line is like lol.
This app is useless
It doesn’t work properly. I try to verify a product and it keeps going back to the download the app page. How do I verify? My new vape package looks different than my last one. And they keep breaking so I want the warranty activated.
