Sorry Dan, great idea, sending glasses back
I’ve tried both apps; I have an iPhone Xs Max; I’ve used the glasses and both apps now for 3 days and I’m sending back; Great concept. The apps freeze up, close, both of them. I’m not able to watch videos after downloading; If the file is 30 seconds it will download when I’m testing it, but when I’ve come home and have videos and pictures to watch, the apps freeze up. Also the brand new glasses with the adjustable camera is great; The battery on the one I have is dead after about 40 min; They will surely send me another pair with the 1 1/2 hr battery that it’s supposed to have; 40 min & 120 min is a big difference. I’m going to hopefully get a refund. If the app can be fixed and the battery do what they say; Then great; I’ll get one, but don’t sell me something experimental. Sorry, but I just want my money back!!!

Worthless
The app wouldn’t pair to my iPhone X or iPhone 8. Thought I had a defective pair of glass but I got a replacement and it didn’t work on the 2nd pair. Don’t waist your time end energy with this app. The developer needs to fix the issue.

This is what I did
There is another app called IVue. Same company. Download that one. Go to settings (wrench icon) and sync the time. Then change the WiFi name to something else than Ricon. Then download the IVue ricon and all starts to work. Of course make sure that you connect to the new WiFi name.

Doesn’t Run on iPhoneX
I just installed this app and none of the menu buttons respond. The app is useless.
Freezes. Does nothing
This app needs to be redone. I have iPhone 10
No dice on an Android or iOS device.
Installed the app on Android. Worked once. Crashed repeatedly. I thought certainly the iOS version is better which is the case with most apps. On iOS couldn't get the app to respond after opening. Have to do better iVue. The glasses capture great video and sound but are bulky and not very comfy on my face. Probably send them back. Unfortunate.

Freezes on iPhone X
App does not work at all on my iPhone X, though it does work fairly well on an old iPhone 6S I had around (also running iOS 12).

Glasses are ok but this app is terrible and is frozen as soon as you open it.

I have an iPhone X and just bought Rincon camera glasses and was hoping app would work. But unfortunately, it doesn’t. Very disappointed.

Sadly just does not work. Don’t waste your time!
Needs updated to work with iPad
Doesn’t work with iPad Pro 9.7, I Emailed support and was told they new about the issue and they had no time frame to fix. That was 6 months ago and it still isn’t fixed. I told the company that the iPad was the only way I could use my glasses and was told pretty much too bad for you, your return time expired.. buyers beware DON’T BUY IF YOU GAVE A IPAD...

Optimization
The app is poorly optimized and crashes for me. As a consumer of your product this is pretty disheartening.

It freezes all the time. I open it and it's already frozen most of the times. Also I can't see the video stream
