User reviews

Great product, app is a little buggy

I have a little trouble downloading videos to my iPhone.

Very nice

Great app, very user friendly. I would give it 5 stars if it had a video editing feature to compensate for the fact the glasses break up all of the recordings into 3 minute segments. It would be extremely nice to be able to splice together all those 3 minute segments so you could save and/or watch your longer recordings in their entirety with out having to switch to the next video and hit play every 3 minutes. It can get quite annoying.

Professional app; some tweaks needed.

I use this app with my iVue Horizon Pro glasses. I am not a professional photographer and just want an easy, on-the-go camera alternative to a GoPro.

App pros: the app is professionally made; the IU looks beautiful and is easy to use; the blutooth connection is stable and reliable; streaming is fluid.

Suggestions: remove the stock photos from the splash screen/recording preview and either just make the preview full size or add some instructions for where to start or a off/on/recording/standby status; change the recording/standby button to green/red or red/yellow instead of both being red; add the ability to change all settings through the app, not just by connecting to a PC; explain the different record options in laymens terms instead of VGA, UVGA, etc; create different light/exposure profiles that can be selected on the fly for different recording needs; add the ability to snap a still photo; add detailed instructions for connecting and recording - maybe a tutorial section explaining each screen and each icon.

While the app is easy to use, it is not easy to understand. A little detail explaining the buttons and features in the app will go a long way.
