Can’t log in
Tried everything to log in after registering. Deleted and re downloaded the app. Downloaded all updates when you log in as a guest. Tried changing the password. Nothing worked. What’s the point of paying for these services and them not working.

Log In is impossible
Just like the last app I tried to log in with member ID and last name to no avail. Says check internet server cannot connect. Meanwhile I'm sitting in my house next to my router will full service
Can't log in
Trying to log in with my book number (which I assume is what member number means) and last name. Won't let me. 👎
