Great socks poor app
Great socks but the app can be a nightmare. Quite often have to unpair socks and re pair. Biggest bug bear is it only works with FaceID. So if you are in ski gear you have to strip off to alter any settings. If I could use my passcode it would be great.
Socks go warm
So far no issues and keeps my feet warm. Rather unintuitive app interface at times though.

Do NOT buy these socks simply because the app DOES NOT WORK!!!

heated socks app — works great
Use this app with my heated socks when I’m hunting, that works fine. Connect every time with the socks set the temperature easy to use not fancy just a basic app.
Probleme mit Bluetooth Verbindung
Jedes Mal, wenn ich die App starte, findet sie keine Verbindung zu den Socken. Leider auch nicht über Gerätesuche. Mein Workaround: App deinstallieren + neuinstallieren, danach funktioniert‘s einwandfrei. Sehr nervig aber wenigstens geht es dann.

Love these socks, keep my whole foot warm. Must have boots on though. Great that I can access through phone. Used them all winter last year. Docked a star due to the app quit working this year. But I just deleted it and reinstalled and we’re back in business, hopefully it stays working.
App won’t work
The socks are great, but if you can’t manually get to them to turn them on you’re screwed. App will not open and I don’t have the option to update.

Very poor
The finding of the heated socks is awful. 99.9% of the time it can only find one sock. You spend ages turning it off, on, off, on and attempting to scan repeatedly in an attempt to connect. It’s pretty useless.
