We installed the app in an ipad and registered it. We validated the account and when entering the user name and password it said “The username (Email) doesnt exist”. We installed the app in my iphone, registered, validated the account and when entering the tracking number the screen stayed blank. NOTHING HAPPENED! This is supposed to be a robust service? Please take care of this.

In this case, we will suggest that if possible please check the email and password you used and try it again.
