1.7.0
November 6, 2026
iWidget v1.7.0 is here Clocks and weather readouts look sharper on the Home Screen: second rings, expressive hands, cleaner gauges, and tuned template colors. 1. Second ring decoration: wrap digital or analog clocks with eight ring styles. The center stays open for time. Rings can track clock motion and respect Reduce Motion on widgets. 2. Analog hand colors: hour, minute, and second hands can use solid colors, gradients, rainbow, or dynamic iridescent tints. Dynamic hands recover after Low Power Mode instead of staying frozen in snapshots. 3. Clock outer rings on widgets: tick marks and arcs use steady system-clock motion. Square progress rings get cleaner corners and seams. Layout fits the block more predictably. 4. Library color refresh: four new small clock layouts join the catalog. 5. Temperature blocks: choose degree suffix and unit style. On graphic high and low layouts, current, high, and low labels can use three independent sizes. You can nudge readouts along the bar or arc by up to 200 points so long numbers do not crush the graphic. 6. Graphic high and low refinements: gauge markers align with the arc stroke. Bar layouts keep stable bar length with room for end labels. Narrow blocks cap marker size so the chart stays readable. 7. Day progress arcs: the arc endpoint uses a solid accent dot for clearer progress at a glance. Gradient edits on analog faces group into a single undo step. 8. Editor galleries: preset tiles for analog faces and clock outer rings speed up styling from the inspector. 9. Fixes: improved editor stability and performance, including cases where the editor could crash. Analog hand drawing avoids bad layout when the block is extremely small. Importing .iwidget files from Files, share sheets, and Open in iWidget remains reliable. If iWidget helps your Home Screen, please rate or review on the App Store, or send feedback from About. Thank you.
