A forced review

I’m giving this app one star for forcing me to come to the App Store to review it.

I paid money for this app.

Full of typos

I was going to give this a high rating, thinking the typos had been overlooked because the app was new. However, it turns out the app is more than 2 years old and there are typos in every story in iWilde. In addition, in the third story the first page will not turn to page 2. The only way to read the story is by using the menu to get to page 2. This is a literary app and multiple tupis are inexcusable. Yes, the art and music and effects are great, but you can't overlook multiple typos in a 2 year old app. And yes, i emailed every typo to the app developer.

Suspicious

These books are entertaining and well done, but unfortunately I have to give them a low rating due to the apps suspicious behavior. I have purchased all of the iclassics and found that they all immediately default to the 'on' position in cellular data and immediately use nearly a megabyte of data. Why a book would need to use any data at all is curious and that they use that much data is both odd and suspicious. I wrote to the company at the email posted on their website but received no response. I cannot recommend purchasing these books unless they stop this practice of sending whatever data they're gathering and using customers cellular data without permission.

Dec 2019 This app no longer works on iPad or iPhone

This and the other apps from this developer no longer work on the iPad or iPhone under 13.3. I have a half dozen apps from them and none of them work now.

May want to mention religious overtones

This is my 5th iclassic and I love them all. May want to mention the religious overtones in the description. It didn’t bother me too much, but I could see some people not appreciating the surprise, especially if reading to their children. Production and quality fantastic as always
