Will not do room correction no matter what I try!
It’s so frustrating. It says “gain on subwoofer is too high” every time I try to do the sweep, no matter what.. even when all gains are turned ALL THE WAY DOWN.. I was excited for the product, but this app is absolutely useless. I bought it for the auto room calibration, and that’s the one thing I’m not able to use.. and yes, I’m using an iPhone.

Buggy, not updated in a year, ineffective
Unacceptable in 2023 to have an experience that hangs, fails to register button presses. If you have a DSP-LF you have no choice, but it is a massive headache to make work. Unreliable and frustrating

Das ist eine wirklich toll funktionierende App, man kann da so einiges optimieren bei einer HiFi-Anlage mit Subwoofer/n. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt, insofern man die dazugehörige Hardware besitzt. Würde mir jedoch erhoffen, dass die App nicht aufs Abstellgleis gelegt wird, da sie mit einem gewissen Feinschliff wohl doch noch besser sein könnte. Wenn man die HPF/LPF manuell setzt, und plötzlich automatisch umgestellt werden, ohne den Wizard ausgeführt zu haben, dann hinterlässt das schon ein Fragezeichen. Die HPF/LPF nach belieben deaktivieren zu können würde den Einsatzbereich diese Produkts erweitern, für die Anwendung an gewöhnlichen Vollbereichslautsprechern oder sogar als EQ für Kopfhörerverstärker. Desweiteren sind nicht alle Funktionen selbsterklärend, wie den Sinn der HW-Controller, oder wie man den Limiter richtig justiert. Da könnte man etwas mehr Hilfestellung an den Nutzer geben, wegen fehlender/unzureichender Informationen. Die App und auch der DSP funktionieren dennoch erstaunlich gut und sind ein sehr wertvolles Werkzeug für die Optimierung von Subwoofersystemen.

Top App zum DaytonAudio DSP lf
Die Raumkorrektur der pro Version funktioniert wirklich super, schade das alles in Englisch ist. Und das eine oder andere sich nicht selbst erklärt. Wenn man sich im Internet eingelesen hat dann weiß man welche Hebel man umlegen muss um zb einen Spaßbuckel in die einmessung mit Raumkorrektur einzufügen. Unter anderem ist die App bestens geeignet um mit dem DSP einen Körperschallwandler zu bändigen bzw die Schwingungen die erwünscht sind eventuell zu boosten oder nicht erwünschte zu minimieren. Auf YouTube gibt es mittlerweile gute Erklärungen zur App.
Was ich mir wünschen würde, wären getrennte Ordner für die preset’s wenn mehrere DSP darüber gesteuert werden, da es schnell unübersichtlich wird je mehr preset’s vorhanden sind.

KEEPS DISCONNECTING WHILE U TRY TO ADJUST IT
Why does this $5 app keep disconnecting from the unit? As I try to adjust the EQ it disconnects. Frustrating.
Crashes
Using a iPad Pro for 2 hours...after all calibrations are done...it disconnects before it can download all gathered data..every time..2 hours..re setting iPad resetting unit..100% useless..
And I owned a velodyne sms1 sub eq back in the day...I know what I’m doing..

Leaves Much to Be Desired
Purchased this to control my Dayton Audio DSP-LF and JBL Subwoofer.
The documentation is terrible. User interface is poor.
A) the developer assumes you are an audio engineer. I’m not. I merely want to control my subwoofer and smooth the response
B) English is obviously the developers second language and the writing is terrible.
As I saw many times in my career, very bright technicians frequently have a difficult time trying to explain what and how to end users. They assume you are an expert in the area, give no explanations of what or why and use technical terms with no explanations or definitions. This seems to be the case with this software and documentation.
It will take a lot more time than I had wanted to figure out how to make the software and hardware work together for quality listening.
Disappointing.

IWoofer pro
Downloaded the pro version today and when I do the import preset from hardware it gets to 99% and says import not success. I did the calibration as instructed and there no bass at all coming from my subwoofer. Any help would be appreciated.
