Not an offline WP.
I get a message with every doc I open that says " you have to have an internet connection to edit this document". I am connected. Plus it substitutes % signs for every space in the file name. Waste of money for me, not happy...

Pretty useful little word processor.
Running it on my iPhone 5.
Few minor bugs, like all software, but
it's pretty intuitive to use and seems well adapted to the iPhone interface, especially compared to some others I tried, like Mach Write, that displays you file list as big icons with minuscule lettering Superman couldn't read without using the "Accessibility" magnifier on the iPhone. Must be a very low effort port from OSX or something.
iWord is a great full-featured upgrade for the iPhone built-in "Notes", and you can dictate text and get accurate output fairly consistently. Actually does better than the hyped-up Dragon software I tried. Reasonably priced, too. I got it in a packaged deal with some pdf and other goodies.

Poor support and inadequate software
Can't use a Belkin bluetooth keyboard without going through contortions. Said would be out in future release. Didn't offer refund. Not worth dealing with based on product and support.
Stopped working :/
When open an existing document no words are shown and typing adds nothing.
Very clean!
If you want to maintain a list of pdf files and sync over wifi, this just the app. If you want to read without any clutter or a vast inventory of text manipulation tools, then this app will definitely fulfill your purpose!
