I have installed the Goldmedal I-Touch model switch for a client, but it is not functioning correctly. It works with Alexa and iWorld Very slow Work, but some switches frequently go offline. Despite multiple complaints, my issue has not been resolved. It seems like a defective switch, and I urgently need a solution.
