Every time I try to upload a pic, it crashes. I have been waiting for an update for around 180 days but so far none

Needs updating

It appears that this app hasn’t been updated in over 4 years. The app is very buggy and won’t even let you log in or enter agency codes to be able to access service requests.

Files

This app will not upload images from my iPad. I hit the files button and the app quits and deletes everything I have entered up to that point. I’ve brought this issue up and nothing has changed as of 4/7/22

Cannot search the city

Have been trying to input the agency code to search the city I live but there's no reaction to the app at all. Tried log in by Google but it was failed many times.
