I love the watch but my messages and schedule don’t show up on the watch even though my Bluetooth is on and the notifications are turned on and I don’t know how to fix that.
Pity about the app
The watch I have is good, I think, but the data transferred to the app particularly heart rate split info after sport is completely different.

Great watch for the money
Had it since Christmas and it has lived up to it’s hype. I would recommend 12-21-19 UDATE. Watch still works great, but I have issues with the heartbeat monitor continuously working. Just had an software update about 3 weeks ago and now it does not work continuously. Still a great value a year later.

Bad connection
Doesn’t connect with the iPhone

The product is fine; however, the app data has limited use. Data such as heart rate and sleep analysis is poor and data in form of graphs is hard to read.
Can’t use anymore
Worked fine and connects to my iPhone but when I go in the app and click the bracelet it says Bluetooth is not available so I can’t change the time so now it’s useless to me.

I uninstalled, reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, reset my phone to factory settings and still keeps crashing.... PLEASE FIX THIS

Poor connectivity
The watch will not stay connected to the app. I must turn off the watch and restart for it to connect. When doing so, I lose all the info, just like I never walked all day.

Disconnects to much
The unit disconnects to frequently. Then takes a long time to reconnect. Then it loses data. Not great. Response from help is less than poor.
